The room was fabulous and neat, had an exceptionally comfortable bed, and offered a good view of the sea, and the staff were very welcoming and had a great attitude towards guests. Rewritten: the room was amazing, with a super comfy bed, a great view of the sea, and the staff were really friendly and welcoming.

The room comes with a work desk, a multi-channel television, and a coffee maker, creating a comfortable and convenient stay. the hotel is situated in a pleasant and unique location. There is an abundance of delicious food options available for meals. the building itself is amazing, located right in the heart of Lerwick.

Booked a room with good views over the sea. Its location was brilliant, very close to the local ferry, Lerwick for the Up Helly Aa celebration in January and the town centre. Local fast food option Da Harbour Chippy was 5 minutes walk away.

The staff was great and approachable. The place was fairly clean. They provided a huge variety of lovely choices for breakfast. This was a pleasant and unique location really close to pubs and hotels, the water front, and the centre of town.

The Queens Hotel offers a charming, vintage atmosphere with breathtaking sea views. The central location in Lerwick is perfect for exploring and enjoying the town. The staff is friendly and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The food served at the hotel is excellent, and the provision of coffee and biscuits is a nice touch. The hotel provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
We felt very welcomed during our stay at The Queens Hotel and had nothing to complain about.

Convenient Location 📍
Located right in the city center, this place is just a few minutes away from Ninian gift shop. the restaurant here is lovely and serves delicious food.

Clean place with excellent view over the bay. Comfortable and adequate room with nice bathroom. - the very-very nice and welcoming staff all round. - Central location, relatively near Town Hall. - Pleasant restaurant.

Had a fantastic time during my one or two-night work trip. the breakfast was delicious and hot, plus the view was absolutely stunning! They offer reasonably priced food, which was a pleasant surprise. 🌅

Great views from the room overlooking the water and the nearby island. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. The rooms and facilities looked tired and worn out.
